2. General Conditions

2.3 To order, you must be at least 18 years of age, legally competent and have a valid email and postal address.

2.4 You may not order for companies or as an individual seller. We do not issue invoices for corporate use.

4.1 The personal data provided when ordering will be used in accordance with the Privacy Statement.

4.2 Data is not disclosed to third parties, unless required by law. The entry of credit card data is done in a secure environment of the bank.

4.3 The data is used to communicate with you about the order, new products and offers.

5. Orders and Consumer Protection

5.1 Orders constitute a distance selling contract under the terms of Law 2251/1994 and Presidential Decree 131/2003.

5.2 Users must be over 18 years of age and have legal capacity.

5.3 We reserve the right not to accept your order for various reasons.

5.4 If we receive payment for an order that we do not accept, we will refund the amount using the same payment method.

6. Shipping Rates and Charges

6.1 Prices include 24% VAT, but not the delivery charge. The total cost of your order, including the delivery charge, will be shown at checkout.

6.2 The delivery cost is 3,50€. If more than one delivery is required, you will only be charged for one delivery. Orders over 200 euros are shipped free of charge.

6.3 Offers are valid only for the specified period and under the relevant conditions.

7. Placing an Order

7.1 Add the products to your cart and proceed to payment. By selecting “Complete Order”, you make a binding purchase offer.

7.2 You will receive a confirmation email. The order is not binding until we accept it and send you a shipping confirmation email.

7.3 We may not accept the order for various reasons.

7.4 If we receive payment for an order that we do not accept, we will refund the amount using the same payment method.

8. Payment methods

8.1 You can pay by debit or credit card (VISA or Mastercard) or PayPal account

8.2 Payment by card is made through a secure environment.

8.3 In case of payment via PayPal, we check the validity of the account and the billing details.

9. Delivery

9.1 The options and delivery costs are displayed upon completion of the order.

9.2 We strive for timely delivery. If there is a delay, please contact Customer Service.

9.3 If the order cannot be delivered after several attempts, you will be charged the return cost.

10. Returns

10.1 You may withdraw from the purchase within 14 days of delivery.

10.2 Return the products using the pre-printed form or inform us by email.

10.3 The returned product must be in impeccable condition and in the original packaging, in the same perfect condition in which you received it and including any special product markings (tags). And for hygiene reasons, the Special Tape must not have been removed. Return costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the product is defective or incorrect. In this case we cover the return costs (one time only).

11. Force majeure

11.1 In cases of force majeure that delay delivery, you will be notified by email. We are not responsible for situations outside our control and will endeavour to serve you as best we can.

11.2 If the order cannot be delivered due to force majeure, you may cancel it and receive a refund.

12. Modification of Terms

12.1 www.raroia.gr reserves the right to change the Terms. Changes will be posted on the website. If you do not receive the products, please contact us.

12.2 Changes are effective from the moment you accept them with a new purchase. Please check the website regularly for updates.

13. Discount Coupons

13.1 Each order may only include one discount voucher.

13.2 Discount codes and offers are valid for the specified period of time and under the relevant conditions.

13.3 To use an offer, fill in the code before completing the order.
